What You'll Do
Lead and oversee commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project quality and profitability
Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Mentor and guide project engineers and junior staff
What We're Looking For
Minimum 7 years of electrical project management experience, with a focus on commercial construction
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple teams across phases
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction means and methods, and applicable codes
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Proficiency in project management software preferred
Willingness to relocate to Florida (relocation support provided)
