We are currently working on behalf of a well-established, large electrical contractor with a strong presence across Texas, who are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support continued growth across commercial and industrial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Electrical Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from pre-construction through closeout and wants to work with a contractor known for repeat business, strong leadership, and long-term stability.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing electrical projects from award through final completion

  • Overseeing project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting

  • Coordinating with field supervision, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and change orders

  • Managing schedules, procurement, and material lead times

  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

My client is open to speaking with Electrical Project Managers from a strong contracting background who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with an electrical contractor

  • Background in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, estimating, and project controls

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working on projects across Texas is highly desirable
