Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000+

A leading electrical contracting firm in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and field experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish

• Collaborate with field and office teams to meet project goals

• Track budgets, schedules, and labor resources

• Conduct regular on-site visits and maintain quality standards

• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and clients

• Review plans, change orders, and ensure code compliance

• Support safety and documentation processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial electrical contracting

• Strong field experience preferred

• Familiarity with low/medium-voltage systems is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Previous field experience is a preferred, but not required
