Electrical Engineer

CSG Talent are looking for experienced Electrical Engineer to work at the mine site in Arizona. This role is an ideal career move and comes with housing allowance in the tourist sought area.

Role Overview

This role supports electrical engineering projects across the site, providing technical input, evaluating designs, and helping deliver construction, expansion, and modification work. You'll work closely with a Senior Engineer, manage smaller projects independently, and support larger, complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on electrical engineering projects

• Review designs, investigate issues, and recommend solutions

• Manage small to mid-size construction or modification projects

• Support large-scale projects led by a Senior Engineer

• Coordinate vendors and administer service and equipment contracts

• Prepare capital funding requests (AFEs) and support budgeting efforts

• Apply applicable local, state, and federal regulations

• Participate in site planning efforts and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 3+ years of experience, or

• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience

• Experience with electrical engineering principles, PLCs, controls, and electronics

• Project management experience on small to mid-size engineering projects

• Strong analytical, safety, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PE license or advanced degree

• Power systems experience and modeling tools (ETAP, SKM)

• Experience with MV systems, VFDs, motors, and instrumentation

• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and industrial power system design
