CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong background in aerospace systems to join their fast-paced engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of power distribution boards (PDBs) and avionics, as well as low-level embedded driver development for next-generation aerospace platforms. Your work will directly contribute to the integration of advanced electrical systems in aircraft and autonomous systems. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for solving complex technical problems in aerospace and robotics domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and validating Power Distribution Boards (PDBs) for aircraft systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across subsystems.

  • Creating and executing detailed test plans for avionics and PDBs, including load testing, fault detection, and performance characterization.
  • Developing and debugging low-level drivers and embedded firmware to interface hardware with onboard systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineering to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Applying knowledge of aircraft systems and operations to inform design choices and troubleshoot integration challenges.
  • Supporting system bring-up, lab testing, and flight test activities with hands-on troubleshooting and hardware validation.
  • Maintaining documentation for designs, test plans, and validation reports in line with engineering standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within aerospace, autonomy, or robotics industries.
  • Proven experience with PDB design and test, including power management and safety features.
  • Strong proficiency in low-level driver development for embedded systems (e.g., C/C++ for microcontrollers).
  • Solid understanding of aircraft systems and their electrical integration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
