What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll work on high-value automation projects from concept to completion. Whether you're designing panels, integrating robotics, or developing control networks, your work will directly support smarter, more scalable automation systems.

  • Create detailed control and power panel designs using AutoCAD (Electrical preferred).
  • Specify electrical components for custom automation and robotic systems.
  • Support the integration of PLCs and vision systems (training available).
  • Design and troubleshoot automation hardware, sensors, actuators, and I/O.
  • Conduct design reviews and validation testing to ensure technical excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical and software teams.
  • Help shape the future of automation through new designs and engineering problem-solving.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in electrical controls or automation design.
  • Mastery of AutoCAD; AutoCAD Electrical a strong plus.
  • Understanding of electrical standards and component specs (e.g., NFPA70, UL508A).
  • Familiarity with robotics and/or vision systems integration preferred.
  • Problem-solver with analytical strength and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for designing real-world automation solutions that deliver results.
