Experienced Civil or Structural Drafter/Designer

Our client is seeking an Experienced Civil or Structural Designer/Drafter to join their engineering team in Western Canada.

Position Overview:

• Diploma or Certificate in Computer-Aided Design technology (or equivalent training)

• Minimum of six years of relevant drafting or design experience

• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Civil3D

• Strong working experience with Revit

• Ability to complete complex CAD assignments with minimal supervision

• Detail-oriented and technically competent

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing civil and structural design layouts

• Producing detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and similar tools

• Revising and updating designs based on engineer or client feedback

• Ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Creating models related to earthworks, dams, pipelines, road alignments, building excavations, and other civil/structural works
