Sales Coordinator

The Role

As the key link between internal teams, external partners, and customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales coordination, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supply chain, sales coordination, or product management who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for principals across ANZ.
• Consolidate forecasts and orders.
• Coordinate container-level shipments to optimise cost and efficiency.
• Organise technical training sessions and customer visits across ANZ.
• Manage documentation, marketing collateral, and product sample logistics.
• Support business reporting, performance analysis, and CRM data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to achieve seamless outcomes.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in product management, supply chain, or account coordination.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Exposure to industrial minerals, specialty chemicals, FMCG, or B2B sales environments highly desirable.
• Strong project coordination skills, able to multi-task under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS O365, CRM systems, and a willingness to learn ERP tools (e.g., SAP).
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
