We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead and expand their business in the Western USA region.

Job Summary:
As the Director of Sales - Western USA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives within your territory. This role requires a deep understanding of mineral processing operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the Western USA region.

  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in mining and mineral processing operations.

  • Lead the sales team and distributor network, providing guidance and motivation to achieve targets.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business deals.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the mining or mineral processing industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of wear solutions, liners, and related equipment.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively within the Western USA region.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
