Director of Operations - Prestigious Practice

One of New York's most prestigious architecture practices is seeking a Director of Operations. To be considered, you must be a Registered Architect in the United States.

This role places you within a high profile, award winning studio where you will have meaningful influence over the smooth running of the practice. Operating at Principal level and reporting directly to the Partners, you will oversee all operational functions and act as the central coordinator across the studio, ensuring clarity, efficiency and alignment.

This is a rare chance to shape operations at a world leading interdisciplinary practice in a role that carries strategic weight and high visibility. Alongside directing staffing, scheduling and budgeting, you will work closely with Project Managers and Directors to support streamlined project delivery. The remit also spans legal, finance, HR and facilities, offering wide ranging involvement in the studio's core business functions.

You will be instrumental in shaping culture, leading internal initiatives, partnering on hiring and contributing to performance reviews and career development.

On offer is salary of $200,000 - $225,000 + executive benefits package including fully paid healthcare.

Due to the nature of responsibilities, applicants must be Registered Architects within the USA and have experience in leading operations within a mid to large size architecture practice.
