Director of Marketing

CSG Talent are partnered with a global leader in predictive maintenance software for the mining industry, trusted by the world's largest mining companies to drive efficiency, longevity, and reliability. They are scaling rapidly and as such, are seeking a Director of Global Marketing to join their Vancouver team.

I am looking to speak with B2B marketing leaders to drive measurable growth, brand strength, and market expansion. This role reports to the COO and will be based in their Vancouver office, working closely with their global teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a global marketing strategy focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with business goals.
• Leading integrated global campaigns across digital, content, events, and PR channels.
• Building and optimizing the marketing tech stack (Automation, CRM, AI tools) to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Managing the global marketing budget and performance KPIs.
• Championing the brand and thought leadership across global markets.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team as the function scales.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-10+ years in global B2B marketing leadership within high-growth tech
• Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect marketing strategy with revenue outcomes.
