Director of Finance

CSG have been retained by one of the worlds most successful mining contractors exploring their newest Director of Finance for their NA operations.

This is a great opportunity to be part of their continued growth whilst having strong autonomy not typically seen at a company at this scale.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the companies financial operations, including but not limited to:

• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management within the finance team
• Provide financial oversight on major mining and construction projects, including cost tracking, contract management, and profitability analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations, project financing, and growth initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections, particularly in relation to large-scale mining projects and contractual agreements
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth

Ideally you have 10+ years experience in Heavy industry or mining specifically, having implemented ERP services and been involved in project financing. Accounting degree a must.

This role is office based in Nevada, with a generous package and benefits, and opportunity to grow as the company expands. They will help relocate you if needed.
