Director of Business Development - Nutra & Supplement CDMO

Based: United States (Remote)

About the Client:

CSG are partnered with a rapidly growing, privately held premier powder supplement contract manufacturer on a Director of Business Development opening. As a BD Director, you will drive growth by building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while developing long-term client relationships. This hands-on role offers autonomy to pursue new opportunities and maintain existing accounts. Success requires experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the nutraceutical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Identify and engage new prospects through outreach and networking

  • Own the full sales process from outreach to close

  • Develop long-term client relationships to support retention and growth

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver strong client results

  • Manage your book of business with consistent follow-through

  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings

  • Stay current on industry trends and market opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within nutraceuticals

  • Proven ability to close deals and drive manufacturing revenue

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
