Their products serve key strategic sectors including electric mobility, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing, positioning the company at the heart of Europe's sustainable industrial future.

The Opportunity:
As the business transitions from small scale operations to commercial scale, the company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive sales, partnerships, and strategic growth across Europe.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will oversee feedstock procurement, offtake agreements, and industrial partnerships, while also representing the company in discussions with European institutions and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across feedstock sourcing and offtake markets.
  • Build long-term partnerships with industrial and institutional stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial and strategic agreements with OEMs, recyclers, and material suppliers.
  • Engage with European programs and regulatory frameworks relevant to critical materials and sustainability.
  • Represent the company at conferences, policy forums, and consortiums.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to guide the company's growth trajectory.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial or business development leadership roles within advanced materials, recycling, cleantech, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of European regulatory and funding mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and securing strategic commercial agreements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages advantageous.
