As Director, HCP Marketing, you'll report to the Senior Director, Brand Lead and play a vital role in shaping the U.S. marketing strategy for Oxervate, the first and only FDA-approved biologic treatment for neurotrophic keratitis (NK)-a rare and degenerative eye condition. This role is focused on healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, resource development, and strategic execution to drive awareness and treatment adoption across Optometrists, General Ophthalmologists, and Cornea Specialists.
Lead development of HCP marketing strategy and promotional resources to support brand growth and disease education.
Collaborate closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure materials align with brand vision and meet compliance standards (PRC).
Partner with sales leadership and KAM teams to gather insights and develop tools that support field execution.
Conduct regular field rides to stay attuned to market needs and HCP feedback.
Contribute to annual brand planning and lead specific campaign components (e.g., 2026 Oxervate campaign refresh).
Evaluate effectiveness of disease awareness programs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support speaker bureau activities, national conferences, and sales training initiatives.
Drive conference strategy including booth development, materials, and on-site execution.
Lead marketing efforts for National Sales Meetings in collaboration with sales and training teams.
Partner with insights and analytics teams to design research, evaluate campaign performance, and refine strategies.
Serve as project lead for HCP materials going through PRC review.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of healthcare industry experience with at least 5 in HCP marketing.
Proven track record of executing effective HCP campaigns and managing agency partners.
Experience in ophthalmology or rare disease strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance and promotional review processes.
Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform decisions.
Exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical:
Expertise in HCP resource development and disease state education.
Familiarity with segmentation strategies, KOL engagement, and HCP behavior analytics.
Knowledge of branded campaign development with agency oversight.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for HCP materials.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $235,000/year
Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
