A globally renowned and well-established manufacturer of mobile crushing & screening equipment is seeking an experienced Dealer Manager to manage, grow, and support its dealer network across an assigned territory on the East Coast.

With the territory already performing well, the right candidate will play a critical role in expanding market share, introducing new capabilities, and ensuring the dealer network is best-equipped to capitalize on strong market demand.

Position Overview

The Dealer Manager will be solely responsible for the full commercial and support oversight of the assigned East Coast dealer network. This is a remote-based field leadership role with the flexibility to live anywhere on the East Coast that provides convenient travel access to the territory.

The primary focus is acting as the essential link between the manufacturer and the dealer network, ensuring they have the commercial and technical support necessary to meet ambitious wholesale and retail sales goals and provide exceptional service to end customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for dealer growth and capability expansion across the assigned East Coast territory.
  • Managing, mentoring, and ensuring the commercial success and operational compliance of the dealer network.
  • Driving performance to meet wholesale and retail sales targets for the territory.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing the highest level of commercial and technical support and product expertise.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product management, technical support, finance) to resolve dealer challenges and provide market feedback.
  • Conducting regular site visits, training sessions, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and optimize dealer performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly support-driven and commercially focused leader with a deep understanding of the heavy equipment or crushing & screening industry. A proven track record of dealer management, strong relationship building, and effectively providing technical and sales guidance to external partners will be essential.

Ideal background includes:

  • Proven experience in a Dealer Manager, Territory Manager, or similar relationship-focused leadership role.
  • Specific background in the mobile crushing and screening, construction, or heavy equipment sectors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance or support to commercial partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding wholesale and retail sales goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, training, and remote territory management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the East Coast territory.
