I am partnering with a leading global player in industrial automation and conveyor solutions, who are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to support their continued growth across the French-speaking markets. The Role

The Account Manager will oversee sales and customer relationships within the case handling, beverages, consumer goods, corrugated packaging, and palletizing solutions segments. The position is home office-based in France and will involve extensive travel to engage directly with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market potential and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Develop and deliver annual business plans and sales forecasts.

• Proactively manage the assigned territory to maximize customer engagement and business results.

• Build strong relationships with both end users and OEM partners.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in French; additional languages are an advantage.

• Experience within packaging, food processing, or industrial automation industries is desirable.

• Strong technical aptitude or background.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven.

• Comfortable working independently to achieve results under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across France and internationally.

• Ideally based in Paris.
