Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst

CSG Talent is partnered with a fast growing cleantech company in the sustainable lithium and battery materials sector to identify a talented Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst. About the Role

This is a hands on, high impact role reporting to senior management, with responsibility for financial modelling, fundraising support, and strategic initiatives. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the company's financial model to support strategic decision-making.

• Support fundraising activities, including equity (ECM) and debt (DCM), by preparing investor materials, roadshow decks, and financial analysis.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform senior management decisions.

• Maintain and update investor and market databases.

• Assist with the development of new business models and strategic growth initiatives.

• Collaborate across international teams to integrate operational insights into financial planning.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar environments.

• Strong financial modelling and PowerPoint skills.

• Analytical, curious, and proactive, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Fluency in German and English.

• Already based in Germany
