About the business


A global specialist in intralogistics and automated material-handling solutions, the kind of company that designs and supplies systems for warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing plants. They combine engineering know-how with practical, customer-focussed solutions and sell into international markets. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales and digital marketing.

The role


You'll own content and digital activity that makes complex engineering products easy to understand and hard to ignore. Working with product engineers, regional sales teams and external agencies, you'll create campaigns, content and digital assets that generate leads, support bid activity and protect the brand across markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and deliver a strategic marketing plan that supports commercial targets and product launches.

  • Produce high-quality technical content (case studies, product pages, datasheets, white papers, email campaigns, social and video briefs).

  • Run digital lead-generation programmes using marketing automation and paid/search channels; measure and optimise performance.

  • Maintain and enforce brand and messaging consistency across regional markets and partner materials.

  • Support the sales team with customer-facing collateral and proposal content.

  • Carry out market and competitor research to inform positioning and product messaging.

Who we need

  • Essential: currently employed in an engineering/industrial company - you must be active in this sector today.

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B marketing experience with a demonstrable focus on technical or engineering products.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEA and digital campaign execution.

  • Strong copywriting skills for technical audiences and proven ability to translate product features into customer benefits.

  • Comfortable with data and analytics - you track outcomes and optimise accordingly.

  • Experience managing corporate identity and global brand rollouts.

  • Degree in Marketing or similar; advanced business qualification a plus.

  • Fluent English; readiness to travel internationally when required.
