What You'll Do:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish across multiple sites

• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams

• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality compliance

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and building codes

• Drive process efficiencies and implement best practices enterprise-wide

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in construction management, preferably in data centers or critical facilities

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and codes

• Skilled in project management software and interpreting blueprints

• Excellent communicator and problem solver, able to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
