Chief Operations Officer

As our Chief Operating Officer, you'll be the engine behind our daily operations and long-term strategy. You'll partner closely with the CEO to shape the future of the company while making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently today. What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations across departments like Finance, HR, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability across the company.

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to shape and implement company-wide strategies.

• Optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen company culture and performance.

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

• Anticipate and mitigate risks while building strong internal systems and controls.

• Contribute to investor relations, board reporting, and strategic partnerships when needed.

What You Bring:

• A proven track record as a COO, General Manager, or senior executive in operations.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Deep understanding of business functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Product.

• A strategic mindset paired with an ability to execute and lead others through change.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
