A well-established player in the industrial automation and material handling sector is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee and optimize all aspects of daily operations. Serving clients across the distribution, e-commerce, fulfillment, and parcel sectors, this organization is committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions through a unified, growth-oriented team.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO will work alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer to lead cross-functional operational areas including:

• Project Delivery
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software)
• Manufacturing & Production
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Quality Control
• Field Installation Services
• Aftermarket Support
• Talent Development & Organizational Growth

This role involves regular performance reporting to the Executive Chair and the Board, with a focus on driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse business functions
• Proven experience overseeing P&L responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style
• Minimum 10 years in a senior operational role within industrial automation, robotics, or material handling industries
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or Business Management
• Skilled at-risk assessment and mitigation
• Familiarity with operational tools and systems such as ERP, MRP, CRM, and project management software
