We are seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our e-commerce and digital growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a health-focused brand and drive measurable revenue growth through strategic marketing, digital innovation, and customer-centric campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy across all digital platforms.
Optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns.
Develop integrated marketing strategies across paid media, social commerce, email marketing, and content.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing drives revenue and profitability.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing and growth team.
Report on performance metrics, ROI, and growth KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing in food or beverage health/wellness brands with a focus on ecommerce.
Strong track record in digital marketing, e-commerce growth & online revenue generation.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and innovative beverage products.
