We are seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our e-commerce and digital growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a health-focused brand and drive measurable revenue growth through strategic marketing, digital innovation, and customer-centric campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy across all digital platforms.

  • Optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns.

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across paid media, social commerce, email marketing, and content.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing drives revenue and profitability.

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing and growth team.

  • Report on performance metrics, ROI, and growth KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing in food or beverage health/wellness brands with a focus on ecommerce.

  • Strong track record in digital marketing, e-commerce growth & online revenue generation.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and innovative beverage products.
