Business Development Manager - Finance & Back-Office Outsourcing Services
Remote | Australia | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission
An opportunity for an experienced hunter-style BDM to join a growing outsourcing and managed services business supporting Australian companies with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax/BAS, and virtual admin solutions.
This is a pure new-business role focused on winning and developing clients across SMB, franchise, mid-market, and enterprise sectors nationally.
The Role
- Build pipeline and generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and events
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Run discovery meetings and present tailored outsourcing solutions
- Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, Financial Controllers, and Operations leaders
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management
- Attend client meetings and industry events across Australia as required
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a hunter-style B2B sales role
- Proven success building pipeline and closing new business
- Experience selling outsourced services, BPO, managed services, staffing, or business solutions
- Strong consultative and commercial sales skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Australian working rights required
Highly Regarded
- Experience selling into franchise or multi-site businesses
- Exposure to Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or finance/accounting environments
- Experience selling offshore or hybrid delivery models
