Business Development Manager - Europe

Our client, a global leader in the food ingredients sector, is launching an exciting expansion into Europe. They are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Business Development Manager to lead this growth. This is a unique opportunity to build the business from the ground up in a region where they are just starting to establish a presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.

  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Deliver market insights and develop growth strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven business development or B2B sales experience (5+ years), ideally in food ingredients or a related industry.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to growth.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
