The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Business Development Manager role, covering Victoria and Tasmania. You'll take ownership of building relationships, securing projects, and driving sales across the commercial construction sector. Acting as the face of the business, you'll partner with clients to deliver premium aluminium-based building solutions that shape high-profile projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across VIC/TAS, securing projects and long-term client partnerships.

  • Promote innovative industrial aluminium products to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted technical partner.

  • Grow market presence by opening new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities, building visibility and brand presence in the region.

  • Manage your pipeline through the company CRM, ensuring effective follow-ups and reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction or building materials sector.

  • Strong knowledge of aluminium or steel products

  • Existing networks with clients across VIC/TAS highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and strategic, with the ability to thrive in a competitive market.

  • Full driver's licence required.
