The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager - North America to expand market presence, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and representing the company as a trusted partner to mining and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the mining and industrial sectors.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and solution selling.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored screening solutions.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and strategy.

  • Negotiate contracts and deliver proposals that meet both client and company objectives.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in mining, industrial equipment, or related sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of screening equipment, mineral processing, or materials handling is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance customer needs and company objectives.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
