Business Development Manager - EU (Battery Recycling)
Location: Remote (Must be based in the EU)

CSG are working with a leading battery recycling and materials recovery company headquartered in Asia, who are seeking a Business Development Manager based in the EU to develop and drive their European market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and secure feedstock supply agreements with battery manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and collection networks.

• Establish and manage offtake agreements for recovered materials across the EU market.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the battery recycling, EV, and energy storage sectors.

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to grow presence in Europe.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in the battery recycling industry is strongly preferred.

• A strong network within battery manufacturing and/or EV automotive OEMs is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial sales.

• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with cross-cultural teams.
