As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role supporting senior leaders in the successful delivery of multiple projects from early planning and design through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the coordination of design, documentation, procurement, and delivery activities.
Supporting project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Helping to prepare and maintain project programs, budgets, and risk registers.
Attending client and consultant meetings, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-through.
Liaising with contractors, consultants, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progress.
Contributing to project administration, contract support, and financial tracking.
Learning from experienced Project Managers and Directors in a supportive team environment.
You're driven, proactive, and ready to build your project management career. You'll bring:
1-3 years' experience in construction, development, or project management (consultancy or client-side experience ideal).
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and willingness to take initiative.
