- Act as Project Director or Executive Sponsor on major advisory engagements, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory and digital services.
- Mentor and develop technical professionals while contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership teams to develop new service offerings and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering discipline.
- 20+ years' experience within the municipal water and wastewater sector.
- Strong background in infrastructure asset management, capital planning or utility advisory services.
- Demonstrated success developing and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
- Proven business development and seller-doer experience.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience developing proposals, scopes and winning new work.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
