Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a strong safety and environmental culture.
Manage daily plant operations to maximize output, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee equipment maintenance, capital projects, and process improvements.
Collaborate with sales, quality, and finance teams to align production with demand.
Develop and mentor operational teams, fostering growth and succession.
Qualifications
Advanced experience in operations leadership within aggregates or similar industries.
Strong background in safety, budgeting, capital project management, and team development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skilled in OSHA compliance, union environments, and industry regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or similar tools.
