Architect - Luxury Residential

A boutique, award-winning architecture studio with offices in NYC & Wechester County is hiring an Architect to join their growing residential team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside a highly acclaimed design principal on a series of private commissions for high-net-worth clients.

The studio has a strong pipeline of custom home projects - modern, thoughtfully detailed, and deeply site-responsive. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for design, technical confidence, and a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional homes from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support design development, drawing production, and consultant coordination on high-end residential projects

• Produce detailed drawing sets with strong constructability and refined detailing

• Participate in client meetings, site coordination, and construction administration

• Help ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for a sophisticated client base

What they're looking for:

• Prior or current focus on custom residential work

• Strong design and technical capability; confident in Revit and visualization tools (Enscape preferred)

• Experience producing drawing sets through all phases, especially CD and CA

• A high level of polish, discretion, and client-facing confidence

• Passion for materiality, craft, and clean, modern detailing
