$150,000 - $175,000 (based on experience), car allowance, bonus + super.

CSG Talent has an exceptional opportunity for a proven Sales Manager to lead aftermarket sales and marketing strategies for an industry leader within valves, controls and actuation products going into the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Aftermarket Valve and Service product lines within Australia, New Zealand & New Caledonia.
• Develop the route to market strategy and implement strategic sales plans.
• Manage channel development and account management activities.
• Involved in customer visits with a view of building strong working relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Hold technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Managing direct report(s).

The Ideal Candidate:

• You must have hands-on external sales experience selling valves, controls or actuation products.
• Will have exposure to the oil & gas industry.
• Ideally has contact base across End-Users, EPC's and Channel.
• Can motivate and coach people/a team.
• Technically competent, ideally holds a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree.
• Able to travel - expected travel frequency is up to 50%.
