Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support within a government health environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused services.
As a Corporate Services Administration Officer, you will:
Deliver expert administrative and clerical support to senior managers and teams.
Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence, including preparing reports, briefs, and complex documents.
Maintain and update databases, records, policies, and intranet information.
Coordinate staff and procurement management systems, rostering systems, and record-keeping processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide advice and input on administrative processes, policies, and procedures to support ongoing improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting accurate and professional documents.
