Account Manager

CSG Talent has an opportunity for a salesperson with a background within polymers, to focus on developing new opportunities and managing key accounts across Victoria and South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide key account management of allocated customers across VIC and S.A.
- Identify new markets and develop new business through end-users and distribution.
- Responsible for principal product management, working with customers to identify new product applications.
- Lead and help build a sales strategy across the region to achieve short and long-term sales goals.
- Maintain a strong customer focus providing commercial and technical support as required.
- Travel interstate as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hold a minimum 5 years polymer sales experience.
- Chemical distribution background, product management experience is highly regarded.
- Tertiary education in Science or Engineering.
- You need to be a strong communicator, can think commercially & strategically and is persistent.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset while also being a team player, sharing information with the wider business.
