We are seeking an Account Manager to join a high-performing team supporting the Western Australian mining industry. This role offers a mix of managing established accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities.

The Role

  • Engage directly with customers across WA, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive account management.
  • Introduce innovative products and services, driving productivity, safety, and sustainability outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and deliver customer value.

About You

  • Proven success in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Experience in the Construction and/or Mining industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident managing accounts remotely.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
