Join one of the world's largest manufacturers of paper-based packaging, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions to leading global brands. With operations across ANZ and beyond, their products support some of the biggest names in food, beverage, and consumer goods-and their NZ team plays a crucial role in this success.

This Account Manager role is responsible for a +$10M portfolio, made up of major global food and beverage clients. The focus is on managing and developing long-term client relationships (80%) while also identifying new opportunities for future growth (20%).

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing a key portfolio of high-value national and international customers
• Delivering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations
• Identifying opportunities to improve margin and strengthen partnerships
• Building a pipeline of prospective customers to support longer-term growth
• Conducting account reviews and maintaining accurate reporting

What we're looking for:

• An established Account Manager with 3+ years' experience in the packaging sector
• Experience working with printing and rigid packaging is highly desirable
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
• Clear communicator with a structured, proactive approach to account growth
• Ability to manage complex client needs while contributing to a collaborative sales culture
