Michael Isle

Mike is a Chemical Engineer who previously enjoyed a successful career in technical sales for a major global chemical company. He moved into Executive Search and Selection and joined CSG Talent over 15 years ago and has managed extensive international search campaigns across a number of sectors. Mike now leads a number of specialist teams at CSG Talent, covering Technology, Speciality Chemicals, Power & Renewables, and the Oil & Gas markets. Under his direction, the teams he leads encompasses consultants dedicated to specific market segments within their industries, allowing them to become experts in their particular market.

Mike’s experience combined with a passion for technology has enabled him to gain an excellent understanding of all these sectors and build up a great network of senior executives. He personally has a demonstrable track record of winning and delivering assignments at a C-level globally, as well as multi-functional senior leadership positions including; Sales, Operations, Project, Finance, and Engineering.
