Evan Jones

Evan, based in our Sydney office, is part of CSG’s Mining team and assists mining engineering companies with their HR search function. He focuses on resourcing technical, mid-management and board level appointments through his network of high-demand top talent, which is not always actively on the market.

Evan has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, BC) and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology. Since completing his academic study he has had over 9 years of HR and recruitment experience ranging from junior to executive level appointments. Evan was drawn to join CSG’s commitment to ensuring the right candidate is found for each role. CSG’s global outlook also appealed to him and with this global drive Evan is able to offer clients and candidates a worldwide scope of opportunity.

Evan is passionate about connecting the right people and this allows him to develop strong relationships on all levels, he has a deep understanding of talent sourcing processes and ultimately wants to ensure the right placements are made to ensure longevity and fulfilment for both candidates and clients.
