CSG Talent have clear, defined career paths for every function and are heavily invested in continuous training and development tailored around the individual and their career goals. This includes external training, as well as our Management Development Programme and regular consultant-led 'Learning Lounges' to share best practice.
As well as investment in people, we are focused on investing in the latest recruitment technologies to make our day to day roles more efficient, and to leverage earning potential.
The pathway for Recruitment Consultants & Researchers is clear, with transparent salary bands and reward levels. We know that not everybody wants to manage people, so we offer two routes - a billing route and a management route. For those who decide to take the management route, our Management Development Programme is built to inspire the next generation of leaders and equip them with the tools they need to do this, whilst still maintaining their fee level.
Our Finance, IT, Marketing and Group Support are the backbone of CSG Talent. There isn’t one set route in our support teams, however each of our managers are dedicated to spending time discussing your career goals and objectives to ensure you are heading in the right direction to progress in whichever way you choose. That could be into Management or into a specialism.
There is a very clear pathway for career progression and salary increases, along with a lucrative uncapped commission structure, with no threshold! This might sound cheesy, but I genuinely couldn't imagine working for another recruitment company.
Some people go through the Management Development Programme and realise it’s not for them, and that’s fine. You can move into Principal roles without having management constraints. For others it’s a great way to pick up tools in order to grow skills as a manager and figure out how you are going to develop others within the business. It’s something we can feed back on and something we are involved with the development of, such as review programmes, appraisals and CSG appreciate our input into that.
