Arvinder is a Specialist Consultant focusing on Mining and Metals. Since joining CSG Talent, he has worked with a variety of clients from SME’s to Tier 1 Mining companies, successfully facilitating them to recruit for a number of positions including Project Engineers, Project Managers and Project Directors.

Graduating with a degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Liverpool John Moores University, Arvinder made the move into recruitment finding that the skills he developed throughout his degree aligned well with the industry. Since joining CSG has made a big impact supporting clients with their hiring strategy and guiding candidates through the next stages of their career journey.
