David is a highly experienced Senior Consultant at CSG Talent, specialising in Federal Technology and the Industrial & Engineering sectors across the United States.
With a strong background in senior-level headhunting and executive search, David has a proven track record of filling complex and highly specialised roles. His work spans federal consulting projects, including digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cleared positions, as well as mission-critical infrastructure projects within the industrial and engineering space.
David partners with a diverse range of businesses, from leading national contractors and federal agencies to family-run MEP firms and general contractors. He recruits for senior and executive roles such as COO, SVP, and VP, as well as operational and project-based positions including Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents.
David graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and is known for his driven, client-focused approach to recruitment.
