What is the Academy?
We’ve been perfecting the CSG Recruitment Academy over a number of years to enable you to reach your potential in the best possible way.
The 12-week structured training programme run by Joni gives you a safe space to learn and experiment with everything you’re learning about recruitment along the way, without the pressure of unrealistic targets and expectations.
Following the 12 weeks, you’ll move to sit with your new team, where you’ll get to showcase everything you've learnt and become a true industry expert in some of the most cutting edge industries.
