Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

CSG Talent are working with a large food manufacturing client who are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor for their second shift to play a key role in the smooth running of their large operations.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who demonstrates the following capabilities and leadership strengths:

• Prioritises safety at all times, ensuring the wellbeing of staff, products, and equipment
• Maintains a strong commitment to quality, with a disciplined approach to food safety standards, GMP compliance, and established procedures

• Focuses on delivering results, taking responsibility for performance and ensuring accountability across the team
• Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Warehouse, Operations, Quality, and Planning
• Remains composed and solutions-focused when handling challenges, disruptions, or shifting production demands
• Takes ownership of responsibilities and actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
• Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving, regulated environment
• Uses key performance indicators to monitor performance, takes accountability for outcomes, and leverages data to drive improvements

Key requirements:

• Existing experience in a supervisor role in a warehouse setting with a food &/or beverage focused business.
• Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environemnt.
• Existing exposure to working in a large company.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement which can be demonstrated by improvements made in existing/previous site including key metrics.
• Ability to develop and grow existing team skill sets whilst also maintaining a stable & high performing team.
