Position Overview

A well-established food distribution and supply chain organization is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations within a high-volume distribution facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence while maintaining strong safety, quality, and service standards.

The successful candidate will oversee warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping, while managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Please note, this role is on-site in the Atlanta region.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members

• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and efficiency

• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards

• Manage equipment usage, maintenance, and facility organization

• Collaborate with transportation and supply chain teams to support service goals

• Oversee departmental budgeting and cost control initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience in large sites for food/beverage manufacturing companies.

• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in a food or consumer goods distribution environment is a plus

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
