About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Consultant to join a collaborative and customer-focused team.

This role will see you working directly with customers to understand warehouse operations, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate operational requirements into practical system and software solutions. Acting as the bridge between operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

The position combines elements of consulting, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand warehouse operations, workflows, and business requirements
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend practical WMS solutions
  • Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements
  • Act as the key liaison between customers and internal software and technical teams
  • Support system configuration, implementation, and process optimisation activities
  • Provide a consultative approach throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to support future solution enhancements
  • Work closely with professional services and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations

About You

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supply chain software, or warehouse operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into technical or system-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in consulting, implementation, or customer-facing solution delivery environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment
