About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced WMS professional to join a collaborative and customer-focused team.

Working directly with customers, you'll understand how their warehouse operates, uncover pain points and improvement opportunities, and translate operational requirements into practical WMS solutions.

Acting as the bridge between customers and internal software teams, you'll support projects from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands what happens within the four walls of a warehouse and enjoys combining operational knowledge with technology and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer warehouse operations, workflows and business requirements
  • Lead discovery conversations and gather functional and operational requirements
  • Identify process improvements and recommend practical WMS solutions
  • Translate operational requirements for software and technical teams
  • Support WMS configuration, implementation, testing and optimisation
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal delivery teams
  • Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Work across multiple customer projects as the Australian business grows

About You

  • Experience with WMS, supply chain software or warehouse systems
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and workflows
  • Experience in WMS implementation, business analysis, consulting or solution delivery
  • Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into system-based solutions
  • Confident working with both operational stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • TMS or broader supply chain technology experience would be advantageous
