The Opportunity
An established organisation operating within a technical equipment and consumables environment is looking to appoint a Warehouse Coordinator to support its day-to-day operations.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation, and the efficient movement of goods. You'll play a key part in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched correctly while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including unloading containers and preparing dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including bin locations and stock movements
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders in line with operational requirements
- Operate forklifts to move goods, including high racking and specialised loads
- Coordinate freight bookings and logistics requirements
- Conduct regular stocktakes across machines, spare parts, and consumables
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and operating safely at all times
- Support basic administrative tasks using internal systems and Microsoft Office
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory accurately
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Confident using systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms (highly regarded)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams
Key Requirements
- Current High Reach Forklift Licence
- Experience operating narrow aisle articulated forklifts (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work with lifts up to 8 metres
