The Opportunity
Business is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the southern Division, based out of Bridgeton, Missouri. This division is one of the company's most mature and stable territories.
The role has been created as part of a proven leadership model separating Sales and Product Support at the divisional level. This structure allows the VP of Sales to focus squarely on commercial execution, sales leadership, and profitable growth.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will have full responsibility for the sales organization and sales performance across the southern Division. This is a senior leadership role focused on developing people, improving execution, and driving disciplined growth.
You will lead a team of experienced sales professionals, partner closely with the VP of Product Support, and work directly with senior leadership and ownership.
