Vice President of Sales - Industrial Services / Engineered Equipment

We are working with a growing, private equity-backed industrial services business to appoint a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth across a multi-site U.S. operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the sales function, including strategy, execution, pipeline development, and team performance. The focus is on building a more structured and predictable commercial engine, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving profitable growth across both new business and existing accounts.

The business operates across engineered services and equipment, supporting customers in process-driven industrial environments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own overall revenue performance, including new business and account growth
  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed sales organisation
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates
  • Strengthen pricing discipline and margin performance
  • Lead strategic account engagement and support complex deal closure
  • Partner closely with operations and leadership to align commercial and delivery performance

Ideal background:

  • Sales leadership experience within industrial services, engineered equipment, or process industries
  • Experience across both new equipment and aftermarket/service-led business models
  • Strong track record of delivering growth in multi-site or multi-region environments
  • Background in flow control, rotating equipment, thermal systems, or adjacent industrial markets preferred
  • Experience operating in a performance-driven or PE-backed environment is advantageous
  • Commercially focused, hands-on leader with strong execution capability
